A forest

 Dit liedje van The Cure is 1 van mijn lievelingsliedjes en dus vind ik dat het nog lang geduurd heeft eer ik deze eens gebruikte om een werkje mee te maken.

 This song by The Cure is one of my favourites, so I think it took me a long time to use it to make a work.

 Dit werkje maakte ik eerst (als huiswerkje) voor de les, maar nadien was ik nog eens iets aan t proberen als oefening en ik vind die mooier... Misschien die ook nog eens in het goed uitwerken ? Of wat denken jullie ?

I first made this piece (as homework) for class, but afterwards I tried something else as an exercise and I like that second one better... Maybe I should work on that one too? What do you think?
  

misschien is het kontrast met het potlood te groot (het potlood dus te 'zwak')? Ik was wel erg tevreden over het nieuwe papier dat ik gebruikte (en pas kocht) : Baohong.

Perhaps the contrast with the pencil is too great (the pencil is too “weak”)? I was very happy with the new paper I used though (and recently bought): Baohong.

deze tweede was de oefening, waarbij ik omgekeerd te werk ging; de grote letters in het zwart en voor de kleinere gebruikte ik de 2 aquarelkleuren van het vorige werk. Gewoon omdat die nog op mijn tafel stonden...

This second one was the exercise, where I did the opposite: the large letters in black and for the smaller ones I used the two watercolours from the previous work. Just because they were still on my table...
